Our Standard UK Delivery covers the UK mainland only - excluding Scotland. Deliveries are estimated to arrive within 2-5 working days, but these timescales will depend on the goods ordered and will be advised on each individual order via email or call.

All Other Regions – We will always attempt to accommodate any customer requirement. For all other countries, please contact us either via telephone or email to discuss each order prior to placing the order on our website.

Returns: A notification must be made within 14 days of receipt of your goods, in writing via email to info@bamboobathrooms.co.uk clearly outlining the issue to return.

Care

The best care for your bamboo depends on where it is placed and what conditions it may be exposed to.

For best results against moisture in outdoor areas or bathrooms, it is advisable to treat bamboo furniture with oil or varnish it with polyurethane varnish. Bamboo has a high level of water resistance but is not immune to water damage.

Before regular oiling, you should wipe bamboo items with hot water to open the pores.

Once dried, you can then treat it with bamboo maintenance oil or virgin cooking oil.

You should remove the thin layer of oil after it has been left on for a short time.

You should also note that most of our bamboo items are lacquered with transparent nitrocellulose.

These nitrocellulose lacquers ensure good mechanical resistance when finishing wood indoors. Nevertheless, nitrocellulose lacquers are relatively sensitive to weathering and appropriately treated pieces of furniture are less suitable for outdoor use.
